Wrong Places

Wrong Places

How beautiful it is!
To place the moon among the stars,
Or to adorn the azure sky with sakura.

Where should a boy
Who wears his heart on his sleeves
Place his trust,
His love,
His weakness?

The world he lives in
Betrays.
The people he’s seen
Disguise.
The emotions he feels
Decay.

No safe place for the heart,
No safe place for the mind.
For the little precious trust,
There’s no place worthwhile.

There have been several happenings that make me question my faith in people. The failed attempt to settle emotions, the struggling process of applying for a permission, the realization of a two-faced adjacent colleague, the messed-up sided management at work.
